Re: Infinity speed drop

Simply not getting what I was told I would get. If you went to the shop for a kilo of potato's, you would expect a kilo not half a kilo. When we complain, we get that old cherry thown in: (it's up too). 52Mb is not 66Mbs in my contract, or the 75Mbs I was getting.

Re: Infinity speed drop

Hi Mickeym,

Thanks for posting. I've moved this post to start you own thread so we can look into this for you. Can you try running the speed test including the further diagnostics and post the results? Please run the test when connected via cable only. Once we have the details we'll take it from there.

Cheers

David

Exchange Wymondham Norfolk, served by cabinet 13.
