Simply not getting what I was told I would get. If you went to the shop for a kilo of potato's, you would expect a kilo not half a kilo. When we complain, we get that old cherry thown in: (it's up too). 52Mb is not 66Mbs in my contract, or the 75Mbs I was getting.

Contract said I would get 66.6MBs downstream.
For my first 8 months was getting 76MBs it's now down to 52MBs.
