Have you had an engineer install?

Or did they say we will just upgrade you on x date?

Infinity needs an engineer install in your home are you sure you do not mean you had an upgrade to the up to 20mb service adsl2+ if so then 15mb would be in the correct region of speeds

Carl, as been previously asked:  did an engineer come out to install Infinity? Infinity requires an Openreach engineer to install it.  If no engineer came out then you're not on Infinity.   You should have a white Openreach modem which is then connected to your HomeHub 2 if you're on Infinity.

Kind regards... Tom

Re: Infinity speeds after 10 days

Thats prob what it is then. Older laptops generally use wireless G (Wireless G is too slow to transfer the full speeds of infinity)

Just to test to see if it is infact that, is it possible to wire the laptop up tempory to the HH just to quickly test the speed via a wire, To see if the wired conenction makes a difference at all? If it does its Wireless G to blame  😉
