Re: Is there a way to contact BT via email?
I am extremely hard of hearing and communicate by Email. Does BT have an Email that I can use to tell them that I'm fed up with intermittent loss of Broad Band connection and intermittent problems with my telephone where sometimes it’s so noisy my wife is unable to communicate and yesterday music invaded the line.
I attempted to send the above to BT who blocked it saying it had HTML content and I don't even know what that is.
