Went over to BT from SKY on 31/12/2013 despite calling at least twice a week and one online chat ,2 emails I still do not have caller display told it would be sorted in 24 hrs every time Ihave been in contact . how do you get it sorted ? am thinking of going back to SKY ; customer service is brilliant!
