Same thing for me been locked out of my email for a week can anyone help please ???

How do you normally access your emails and are you getting any error messages?

Exactly the same as the previous post . That you have noticed activity that may be suspicious and as a precaution has locked me out ! The recovery email is the one I’ve been locked out of ! And when I hover over the get pin a black circle with a line through appears .

Have you tried getting into your email account by logging onto your MyBT then going to "Your Products" then "Mail, Manage"?
Have you tried changing the email account password by selecting "Forgotten Password" on the email log on page
