When entering the BT website until recently, because I have the 'Remember me' box ticked, I usually see the BT ID box with my ID inserted and just have to enter my password. This week every time I go to the site the ID box momentarily appears but then flips to a string of groups of four letters and numbers. I then have to click on 'log in' and the ID box reappears and I have to re-enter my ID. Is this just me or is it a website problem? The BT website doesn't seem to have any simple way of asking this question by email.

I've been having the same problem and clearing the cache and cookies doesn't make any difference. I think it's due to a recent browser update if you're using Edge, I've had problems logging in on other websites using Edge, my Bank told me that they don't support Edge which astounded me.
It's a real pain but the best thing to do is to use Firefox or Chrome, I haven't tried My BT with Chrome but it's okay with Firefox.
