Re: Minimum Guaranteed Speed..

Is the minimum guaranteed speed in your Infinity order confirmation e-mail contractually something you can hold BT to? Fairly simple question I thought. Someone replied that you just wait and see what you get (?). I am bailing out, just wanted help.

Re: Minimum Guaranteed Speed..

I have & 3 of us don't understand what you are asking. Please elaborate.

But surely not if it is contractually your guaranteed minimum speed.

Not if what? The Guaranteed Minimum Speed given to you by BT is what it says. If your speed drops below that BT will try to fix it & if it can't you would be eligible to leave FoC. It's all in http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/35296/~/your-line-speed-explained .

Of course, if you've just had the quotes from BT & have not yet been connected, you have no option but to wait until you are before you can find out whether you fall below Minimum Guaranteed Speed & can invoke it. Just like any other guarantee you have to use the product before you can know.

I have moved you onto your own thread because other than the title your posts had nothing to do with the thread that you originally posted on.
