When I enquired about BT Infinity over the phone I was told I could claim £100 Sainsbury voucher. I signed up to Infinity. On connection, on the 29/01/15, I went to My BT and claimed my voucher but have heard nothing. Also my broadband is inoperative due to a "line fault" already, and a technician will be around to fix it in 4 days, meaning 4 days lost service. I am angry. I feel duped. I regret signing up with BT.
Thanks for your post. I am sorry for the problems you have had so soon into your service. Is your fault fixed now? I can take a look into this for you and also check if you are eligible for Sainsbury's vouchers.
