"For the first time ever after 3 years with BT just had warning email that I have used 7gb of my 10gb monthly usage." SAME HERE. BT also said £5.00 would be waived if first month - so I did nothing - but have now charged me £5.00. Now looking for a human being in BT to complain to - fat chance!
After nearly 3 years with BT my monthly usage has suddenly started being exceeded even though I am not using the internet any differentlt. The alert emails were being sent to the wrong email so I only found out when my papers bill finally arrived. Last month I apparently exceeded the usage by 40GB!!!! For someone who doesn't d/load, watch online tv etc this seems a huge amount. Three days phoning BT and no further on, customer services are useless!!!
