Pity I did not check out the forums before signing up for BT tv. Have the same problem as everyone else on this forum. Question is do I cancel or try to get BT to solve the Problem?

This can be caused by errors on the bropadbad caused by a noisy phone line.
Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
