Hi John had the same experience mine end the other day with the lady from India telling that my broadband would be activated on the 13th january 2013, gets worse just had my BT bill with the advance payment for the broadband unbelievable.

Welcome to the forum. Don't know how your posts got here, but a moderator should be along in the morning to help with your problem and maybe move you query to a more appropriate place.
By the way, you can correct typos within an hour of posting by choosing the edit function in the Options list on the right of the post.
