if its the phone app try clearing the cache and/or saved data (you will need to re log in) if its laptop/smart tv then all i can suggest is to make sure the app is upto date. only problem we ever had with netflix was traced to the bt perental controls blocking the service.
Thanks AndyCoffin. I didn't have any parental controls set. Issue was with Home Hub 3 Type B, now resolved with replacement.
