I've had a similar problem. Placed order to move to infinity from TalkTalk fibre on Thursday last week. Lost Broadband overnight although phone line OK. When still no BB the next day spoke to customer service who said BB order had been cancelled because infinity wasn't available. Despite this all the BT infinity kit was delivered (Hub 5 & BT TV box) So now have no BB and have lost my TalkTalk fibre connection. Have to wait for BB Boost team to look at this on Tuesday!. Seems ridiculous that service was transferred over when BT couldnt provide the service offered!
