Re: New BT Mail Layout

Go to solution

Have been unable to use e-mail since the change, the e-mails have just not been loading. Will this amend itself as i have been "in the dark" for at least 3 days and i do not know if important message haven't got through? If it doesn't change soon i'll have to take some sort of action.

Re: New BT Mail Layout

BT phoned today after seeing my message last night.....spoke to a very helpful chap who sorted it very quickly. Instead of moaning about changes ask for help and you get it! I now have e-mails and am very happy

Reply to the message Sean posted originally & BT should pick up the message. They rang me the next day & fixed the problem remotely only took 20mins. My problem was that several of the same e-mails were trying to "converse" with each other stopping other e-mails loading so the session timed out. If they don't reply off this message board just contact BT & i'm sure they can put you through to the "tech" guys. Good luck

You are more trusting than i am,i may be a little paranoid but i can't think of a situation where i would give someone remote access to my computer.
