We purchased the hub 6 a few months back. Four weeks ago WiFi didn't work but Ethernet did. BT sent a new hub. Everything was okay. However, exactly the same happened today. Been on live chat for an hour.... Doing tests. Now waited another hour for them to call me with further info. Still waiting..... Is it that the hub 6 is having major issues with WiFi disconnecting?

Hi @Colsc I moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do. 

 

Sorry you are having problems with your Wifi. When your connection drops does the light on the home hub change colour?
