Don't know if I can re-open this topic or should start a new (repeat)
I am using a Ubiquiti Unifi Security Gateway on a BT Superfast install. I have been given **************** with a password to use.
It has run successfully for 24hrs. Then got the re-direct message as above and now cannot get internet connection. Have re connected the original BT Business Hub 6.
As this is at a small charity that in undergoing building works (and not accessable at all convenient times) I am accessing this forum from home.
Any help gratefully received.
