I have the same problem been waiting a week to be connected they say the green box (sorry forgotten correct term) is full there are no vacancies. This does not make sense to me
I have moved your post as it is not the same problem as the thread you posted on. The cabinet (green box) only has a finite number of ports, if all those ports are in use you will not be able to get service until one becomes free or, if the cabinet is sub-equipped, extra ports are fitted.
