It is virtualy impossible to contact a competant member of BT. Replies are generic and have no reference to your own request. FAQ's do NOT answer specific questions. Why is it impossible for the BT Team to read the message people have taken the time and effort to send?
Perhaps we should try to contact the responsible.... edited by mod and yes BT do have telephones. reputidly it is a top notch service, delivering messages almost in real time. mmm
