Hi all,
I am also getting frustrated with this voucher situation. Every time I click on the claim my voucher link, it keeps saying "we can't process your claim at the moment, please try again later". Have been trying for days but same message, anybody else experiencing this?

@Taffp45 Sorry about that, try this claim my reward link and let me know if that works for you? You'll need to sign in with your primary BT ID details.

Thanks for advice, but have been trying this link, but keep getting same message - "We are unable to process your claim at this moment, please try again later"
