Now TV access via devices

Hi, I have got now tv through BT and I also cannot register to log on to other devices, when I go my Now TV account it say's I am not registered, I have spoken to an advisor who said she could not fix the problem and said another person would call me back but they never did please help

Hi @s-langton welcome to the forum and sorry you can't access the Now TV service on other devices. We are very busy at present and if your in a hurry to get this resolved you would be best to call in. If you are able to wait I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
