ORDI request to change address from Silver to Gold

openreach have advised my address is clasified as silver address, therfore cannot see address listed for fibre, eventhough its available in the area. BT can you submit ORDI request to openreach so i can takeout your services?

Hi @Hillsnews  welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. I've moved it to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do. 

Do you currently have an active telephone line with BT Retail?
When you say fibre is available in the area can you check the Openreach website to see what it says and post back and let me know.
