Mine was meant to be activated yesterday but I got the exact same status messages as you, I called them today but couldn't make sense of the guy on the phone as if he didn't really know what the problem is so avoiding my questions head on. Apparently they are gonna call me tomorrow, what about? I asked why and asked couldn't they just activate it, another question I didn't get a proper answer to. I also chose BT because of the Sainsbury's voucher promotion which you can't claim until your set up so if they cancel the order and create a new one since the date of the promotion has passed I'm assuming their not gonna offer me that incentive any longer. It's early days but your experience doesn't fill me with hope.
