I know I've jumped on the back of someone else's thread but I'm having the exact same issue except I DO use an email address to login to my account. All I get when I try to see my usage/bills is this
I don't really want to download my bill just to see my usage.

Hi @mispeltyuoth, I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do as the issue is different as your BTID is an email address.
Are you trying to access your bill via www.bt.com/mybt or is that screenshot from the app?
Were you able to view your bills/usage ok recently or has it been like this for a long time?
Apologies @JohnC2 - I've been away for a week and didn't get a notification you'd responded.
The screenshot is from www.bt.com/mybt and I honestly can't remember the last time I've been able to see my bill without downloading the pdf. I can currently see my bill on the app but, to be honest, even that's a bit hit and miss
As it happens, I checked today and now it shows this:
I accept that the latter may be a temporary issue.
