May I jump in on this, I too am experiencing the same problem with this price change email. My first call to customer service was Thursday last week, email was resent, it didn’t arrive. Followed this with an online chat on Saturday, was informed email had been resent but it still didn’t arrive and lastly, a call to customer service yesterday, email being resent, it still hasn’t arrived. I will be renewing the contract but I would still like to read the conditions before I renew.

Have you checked in the spam folder in the bt mail web page?

Your bespoke offer will either be an upgrade if available or to renew at the exact same price you pay for your broadband currently, the new offer would start the following working day and last for 18 months, from month 19 you would pay the standard price unless you contact BT for another offer.
