Is there any reason why my expected Quidco cashback for BTorder made May 20 2020 is showing an estimated payment date of January 2021?

Hi @spile, sorry you have not received your cashback yet. I've had a look at Where is my cashback on Quidco and claims can take a few months to be completed. Did you order with BT go smoothly and everything get connected from your order?

Thanks John. The installation was completed successfully on the 23rd June. The delay in payment appears to be BT "retailer decision" presumably not confirming this with Quidco? Any help you can give to move this along would be appreciated thanks.
