Re: Replacement BT Home Hub

Go to solution

I've just had some entierly unsatisfactory help from the Indian call centres, both chat and telephone - maybe someone can help me out? I had thought that this would be a quick online chat or call to get some basic information but that wasn't the case. Simply put my power supply needs to be replaced on the Home Hub 5 can anyone tell me if it's possible to get a BT replacement, and how do you know if it's a type A or B supply needed?  Thanks

If you are still in contract you should be able to get a free replacement. I think it will require a complete Homehub replacement rather than just a power brick as they come as a package.

You need to contact Customer Services again and tell them the Hub won't power on. Don't suggest what the fault is, it will only confuse them.
