I think the issue is this. On this page

there is advice on getting return bag
You can also ask for one by logging into My BT and selecting 'View details' under 'Please return your equipment'.
But, I cannot see where "View Details" is on the My BT page, nor any "please return your equipment".
Advice on where the missing links might be?
