I’m having the same problem. No returns bag received after installation of new hub, and I cannot find an option on screen to request one. I’ve also tried phoning, but again there isn’t an option that is relevant. Come on, BT, if you want us to return old equipment, please make it simple. I’d be grateful if someone could send me a bag.  Thanks !
