Re Reward Card

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could advise me, I received a email 05/03/19 from BT stating that my contract was coming to an end and if I renewed before the 08/03/19 I would receive a £50 reward card, so being money savvy I decided that I would renew However, when I go into claim my reward there is nothing available.  I rang a spoke to a customer adviser who said it would be showing shortly but still nothing. can anyone advise me please  thankyou

The rewards cards sent as part of a renewal are sent automatically once outside the 14 day cooling off period, they are sent in batches so allow up to 45 days.

Rewards cards when joining though must be claimed manually, which doesn't apply to you @lynnath but mentioning incase others find this thread.
