Same situation with me i received the reward card but no free gift of samsung a10 spoke on tbe phone and they said tbey can't track this

What was the date you placed the order, and what date was your service activated?

You need to wait 30 days after activation, before the email is sent.

Hi @Harri194 I'm really sorry your phone hasn't arrived yet, my understanding is that it should have been dispatched automatically from the BT Shop 14 days after your order completed.  

I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team and we'll be happy to chase that up for you.

Hi @Harri194, thanks for sending over your details. I've raised a case with our gift team to chase this up and as soon as I have any updates I will get back to you. They are quite busy at the moment so it may take around a week before I have any news.

I am sorry for the length of time that it's taking to get word back from our Gift team. @NeilO has raised a case with them and they will get back to him. They are working through the orders so I'm hopeful that they will reply back to us during the week. I'll let @NeilO know that you were in touch too.

Hi @Harri194 the gift team have placed the order for your free gift and this will be dispatched from the BT shop in the next 28 days. I'm really sorry that you've had to chase this and apologise for the delay.
