Search Function on new email

need help : when you launch a search by sender name ( all folders) , if you click to one of the mail messages from that specific sender, it's then impossible to close the message and go back to all the other mails from the same  search . You need to launch another search and it's very time consuming . Any suggestion ? Thanks

The whole search element of this disastrous email programme is hopeless. If you use the advanced search (drop down menu) every time you put in a  specification (i.e.date or folder or subject) it takes you back to the empty search window and you have to start again for the next parameter. For heavens sake - did they ever bother to test this programme?

This has been driving me up the wall but just discovered if you change ‘view’ to right it keeps the search list open so that you can move up and down the search results list.
