I don't want to hijack this thread but I am having the same problems (same as everyone else here I think)! My connection has dropped off 7 times in the last hour and I am getting very frustrated. God knows we all pay enough for this! My speed test is below.  I will be very ineterested in your analyisis.

Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results

and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.
