Slower than promised BT Infinity speeds

 I am paying for BT infinity, and I was promised 67Mb/s, 

And if you'd like to know what I'm getting, it's15 Mb/s

Less than a quarter of what I am paying for!

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

the 67mb to which you refer is an average connection speed not what you personally will receive.. as an average some people will get a higher speed than 67mb and some lower hence the average
