Re: Smart Hub installation problem

Buy a decent third party VDSL Modem/router and throw the BT hubs in the bin. You can get a decent VDSL Modem/router for about £30/£40 and it will be far superior to the one BT supply you.

Re: Smart Hub installation problem

Getting a third party VDSL modem/router is probably your best bet. An alternative, if you previously used a Home Hub 5 and still have it, would be to go back to using that. You should find it more reliable than the Home Hub 6.
