Hi I’m having an issue too, where my smart hub 2 and 3 WiFi discs drop there connection every night. So all discs go red and the WiFi drops on all.

They are fine through out the day and then drop out in the evenings.

All hard wired devices work constantly and the smart hub maintains a blue light.

I’ve had a replacement hub sent out and it has the same issue

@Freestone81 I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your smart hub 2 and wifi discs, I've started your own thread as the one you posted on sounded more like a network issue where yours is likely a wireless problem.  

When the connection drops in the evening is it at the same time everyday?

No not exactly, the reason I posted in there was because the start of the thread and about 3 or 4 other people when reading through, had exactly the same issue.

@Freestone81 no worries, it'll probably be easier to manage your issue on a separate thread.  Is there anything electrical being used or switched on in your home during the evening when this happens that's not on during the day?

Yes there are. I’m not sure if they coincide with the issue or not though. I can check this out this evening. Also could try and turn on in the day and see if it happens then?

@Freestone81 As a start it would be good to rule those out first as they may be causing interference on the wifi signal causing the drop out. Post back and let us know how you get on.
