I'm on my 2nd SmartHub2 & going to need to go into battle with BT again. When 1st installed, as long as you use mode 2 wifi, it works well, then when the firmware updates at midnight, all hell breaks loose. New video doorbell stops showing video, laptops connected to wifi, but no access to internet, ditto NowTV stick. Mode 3 currently working, but don't know for how long, as that failed on last one. Actually sat up until 0100 this morning watching it happen & not sure I can face yet another conversation with BT going nowhere
