SmartHub not suitable for Ultrafast 2

I Checked in the Hub, and it says the sync speed is 1000Mbps download
1000Mbps upload

Everyone I speak to in BT says the same thing.

What they are giving you is the old by infinity 4 speeds, it could be the hub but if you haven't got a third party router to check you can't know for sure if it's the hub or open reach not upgrading your fibre to the new speeds. at first I was told the same but they will give in like they did with me, I sent the guy on the phone a link to this thread and he worked with the firmware team and open reach and it was fixed in 50 minutes.
