No change. Still receiving same error message as detailed previously.
To recap, I am trying to manage BT Smart Talk within MyBT by following the links in this URL:

Sorry @ruttersj I've chased the smart talk team for an update but haven't heard anything back. I'll get on to them again this morning.
@ruttersj I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you and I'm still chasing our contacts in the Smart talk team for updates regarding your case. I'll be in touch as soon as I have any info for you.
Sorry, missed your call yesterday.
Still seems to be a problem. Tech support did something last week and called to ask that I re-apply international and premium calls against my Smart Talk account. This I did on 16th June under ***EDITED***. Ever since then I have not been able to re-access the management option and I receive the message:
We are currently processing a previous request.
Please come back later if you wish to make any changes to your BT SmartTalk service.
As it is now 20th June it would appear that the change has either not completed, or has further corrupted my access. So still unable to manage Smart Talk account.
I will be available from 15:00 today for callback.
Was the update/upgrade applied to Smart Talk to fix the prblem affecting me and others? Am i now okay to change call restirctions on my account and add others?
I can currently "manage" my account which only shows 1 user - me.
