I'm totally annoyed, I dont want extra channels as I have no time to watch all existing channels.
They only appeal to a minority and BT has the audasity to ask for an additional £2. OK they have the sweet words to tell you, you can cancel by calling us, but I just want a few channels that are informative and entertaining.
BT can you inform me of ways I can reduce my bill? As each month it seems to be going up up and up!
