for your attenuation and noise margin your connection speed is rubbish you should be connecting at the maximum speed of 8mb there is something very wrong with the connection as the last set of stats taken with the hub connected to the test socket

Last time they sent an engineer it cost £99..and resulted in
no improvements.
Last time I sent a general email they did not reply.

OK I immediately did as suggested. Sent email...using the appropriate form.. etc.

 

Here we are a few days later....No reply

 

Broadband speeds

 

29th June    1.7 Mbps at 9.30 but 220 Kbps at 12.00 midday

1st-2nd July generally around 2.0 Mbps ... which is OK

 

3rd July (today) currently at 240 kbps....and crawling

mods will contact you but at present it seems to be taking 5/6 working days so you have a bit to go yet

could you please repost latest hub stats to see any changes it will also help the mods when they read through the thread
