I'm so glad (well, not really for you) to read that someone else has had the same experience as me as I though that such dreadful services ca just not be real. For two month we are now having excatly the same problem. We have had two BT engineers coming to our newly bought flat, saying that there is nothing they can do and just leaving us to our own devices. Can you please help us by advising how you managed to resolve your problem. We are now enetering month number 3 without a phone or internet connection and we have come to lose all hope.

this seems to be the norm with bt , im currently still waiting for my phone line to be installed, near on 10 weeks later and im no better of than when i first rang bt !! other than being totally annoyed, high phone bill, alot of stress.
i have never been so upset with a service from anyone before!
the amount of times ive been told when it would be connected, how 'it only takes a flick of a switch' call back in the morning you shall be connected. lies apon lies
