We have the same problem with internet dropping out and we pay the higher rate for a faster internet, the same as you go through all the same checks that get you nowhere, yet again I'm now on phone to them and have been for the past half an hour waiting to speak to someone
I've moved your posts so we can try and help you. You've mentioned being on faster internet so I'm assuming you're on fiber? If that's the case can you give us a brif outline of the problems you're facing. Can you give some details including some speed test results.
