Sorry that you have not received your Cashback yet. To help you further please can you confirm when your service was activated. Also please check your order ref and confirm the first 3 letters of your order ref (Please don't post the full order ref). Post back and let me know.

Was told that the two order references related to same claim. However, can see that there has been trouble tracking original order reference when another is given.

Hi @Trs thanks for posting back. The AJM reference is the one you need for your cashback claim. As you have been connected a few days ago you may be worrying unnecessarily that won't have receive the cashback. It can take some time for cashback claims to complete so check out Topcashback advice on how to wait for cashback.
If you do encounter a problem getting your cashback your first port of call is to raise a Missing Cashback support ticket with TCB. If you can't get it resolved then post back and let me know and we will then be able to step in to help you.
I opened a support ticket and they've said it's not progressed as they thought it would.

I have had a look into this for you and can see the estimated payable date for this has recently passed.
Are you able to allow an additional 4-6 weeks on top of this as these estimates are based on the merchant payment activities therefore can be subject to change.
