Hi, just come back to BT, my broadband and x5 family sim tracked through TopCashBack but my additional single sim did not. Trying to make a claim but it asks for my AJM / BTCOM reference number, neither of which were on my emails. I have rang BT and the lady couldn’t find any info on these numbers, she also asked someone else, to no avail. Is someone able to find this for me so I can make a claim with TCB please?

You should be able to find it via MyBT.
try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Select the order for the extra SIM, then look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
Hi Keith, I had tried that earlier to be honest. Checked again using your link and definitely not there, just my VOL reference number. Can someone in BT be able to find it for me please?

Hi David, yes, I put the additional sim on a separate BT account and then linked to the main one.
