Hi for years now I have suffered at the hands of BT problem with upgrading the BT Yahoo email so I could change the password myself and then log in. Last year I even contacted the CEO. Eventually some tech guy phones me and says we'll do this next year. Well next year is here and I still cannot access my BT emails, change my password, or log in.
When will you sort this out?
I have BT mobile, Sport, Superfast broadband and I'm a long-term customer. What the hell is wrong with BT?
