Also having the same issue here! Keep getting emails telling me to claim but nothing shows up when I log in!

Hi @Lucypagett91, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting the emails to claim your reward card but it is not showing when you try to claim it. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you resolve this.
