I am receiving emails but unable to send when composed reply. This has been most frustrating. Also when I type the message and click on the 'receiver reply' button (not sure what it's called) the send button disappears. Can you help?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
How are you using your email, is it with an email client/app or with a web browser and if so which one?
