I am having exactly the same issue as above? I had ordered a BT broadband package which went active 13.2.2020.

The offer from USwitch was an £80 reward card and a £40 M&S Voucher. I have been to the rewards page but it says I have no eligable rewards to claim? I've tried filling out the form on USwitch to claim the M&S voucher and putting in my AJM order number numerous times ever since it went active but still nothing?

I have tried phoning BT and they should now be sorting the reward card but still nothing on the M&S Voucher?

Could you help me RobbieMac?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
