The quite line test was fine,no noises .I have the first type of master socket ,not that old type.Now i will provide the speed test and adsl statistic with the home hub pluged in to the test socket.

Hi you now need to maintain a stable connection with no hub restarts for at least 5 days and your IP Profile will rise automatically when your hub stats show 5 days + connection time please post back your hub stats and a the speed test and if you need any further help we can organise it for you

ok,i will wait 5 days ,do you think it will work like before after that?Do you think the problem is because i did a reset on the  hub?

it may improve earlier than 5 days however The IP Profile sometimes sticks and if it does we can get the Forum Moderators involved and they can do a manual reset for you just post back if you need further help

hi again,this morning internet was fast like before and somebody from bt rung me and said it will stay like that ,and at lunch time i had no internet for 5 min and then was working fine again,now is very slow again and is keep droping, i will show you the adsl status,honestly i dont know what to do.
