I also have a problem with infinity.
I recently moved over from Sky and at first it was graet but now I am struggling to get a decent download speed.
My speed tests are as follows:
1. Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
2. Upstream Test: -provides background information.
This test was not conclusive and further testing is required.This might be useful for your Broadband Service Provider to investigate the fault.

I am running my desk pc only on a hard wire connection to the hub via a power adaptor
